2. Screening & short-listing service - with this service, candidates are sourced, and shortlisted after which they are referred to the employer for employment.
3. Total Recruitment Process Outsourcing (TRPO) service - we manage the whole recruitment process which involves sourcing the candidates (via adverts which is sponsored by the client if the advert is placed in news media), assess them, interview them, carry out background checks, and present the staff to the employer/client.

1. Home tutors service - our educators provide clients private home tutoring service for their children in nursery and primary schools. Whether Nigerian, British, American and other international
2. Book Keeping Service - our accountants go to the site of the client to assist them in preparing their financial records. This is applicable to newly established businesses
3. Financial Book monitoring service - senior accountants (mostly chartered) go to the business premises to carry out inspection of the financial control measures installed to ensure that there is no malpractice and prepare monthly reports.
4. Governesses and house manager Service - Responsible, educated and mature women known as governesses provide individuals (clients/employers) with childcare,nurturing and balanced home education.
5. Legal secretarial service - our lawyers will assist clients handle their corporate legal matters.

Eden Solutions & Resources will operate as an external personnel department for small businesses. We may have a staff on ground permanently or offsite. Our staff will perform the duties of a personnel manager but independent of the management of the business. The focus of this service alternative is the performance improvement and staff retention.

ROLE MANAGEMENT
Eden Solutions & Resources assists the business owners to either oversee certain aspects of a function being performed by their staff or we undertake to perform this task.
