The client, a k-12 American international school required that we recruit American Education certified expatriate teachers and a principal for the 2010/2011 academic session. This brief was received rather late but we were able to deliver within the period desired.

The client, a Secondary School operating an integrated educational curriculum (Nigerian & American) required that we recruit an American Education certified expatriate School Principal to join them immediately for the 2009/2010 academic session. Before they came to us, the school had been searching for the right candidate for over a year and within 4 weeks of meeting with us, an American, was successfully recruited.

The client, an early years/nursery school operating with the British curriculum required that we recruit a British Education certified early years coordinator and also a computer education teacher for the 2010/2011 academic session. This brief was also received rather late but we were able to deliver within the period desired.

PROJECT: Role Management – (Marketing for Schools)

The client required that we execute a marketing campaign for the school with the objective of increasing the number of enrolments for the 2010/2011 academic session. We planned and executed this campaign within 3 months and the school has recorded about 20% increase in enrollment since the campaign rounded up.

PROJECT: Outsourced Staff supervision
CLIENT: Children’s Affairs Super store, Abuja

DETAILS:
The client, a retail store dealing mostly in children’s wears, toys and school accessories was suffering from employee theft, late coming and poor customer relationship manners. Infact by the time we were invited, some of the staff of the organization had planned and burglarized the store carting away a large sum of money. The client required us to come in and take over the management of the staff. We started our work with this company on a monthly retainership basis and within six months of our taking over the organization has recorded considerable improvement on staff performance and attitude to work.
